The time has come for a new book. Common Comics #5: Purr hits the selves on 16th April 2010, during Comicdom Con Athens 2010.

It is as always published by Giganto Books , 48 pages of brown ink on samua paper, and it’s the third, and last part, of the story that begun on Common Comics #3: Gong .

I started a new project that will bring you a lot of free downloadable music through PostNoise.

Like a daydream (or a fever) is an ongoing music project without a clear deadline or a strict update policy. There is not a set goal to achieve or a certain expectation to rise up to. It ’s an ongoing sonic diary, mapping on sound my current mood and musical influences, on days where i will have the luxury to sit back and plug in all my little devices and come up with a finished track, right from scratch. Then that track will be directly uploaded here accompanied by a printable (29×29 cm on 300 dpi) poster.

Here we go…

I ‘ve been working all these years constantly on new tracks that never got to be heard by lots of people either because they were not good enough to deserve it, or because I thought I should put some more work on them before I release them. The last months, i have been sorting out my songs and done lots of re-arrangements and additional recordings to come up with 9 songs that will be (someday soon, i hope) my first LP.

One of this tracks is “Monday”, which you can check out on myspace.

Long time, no see. Things have been busy, but no “major” release had occured in the meantime.

Tommorow, Saturday 25th July, in “9″ magazine (Eleftherotypia’s free comics insert) there will be a 16-page story i have written and drawn, named “a re/place diary”, featuring some of the biggest musicians of all time, fed up robots, yoghurt-throwing and a great escape.

  Comicdom Con Athens was a blast of fun. Thanks to everybody who came by and said hello or even bought the new book! Now i get back to work, writting and drawing a lot of 2-pagers for “9″ magazine, and planning much more.

  Hello everyone!

  What we did with Accra Minoa in Salonica was a hit, so we will do it again in my hometown, Athens. I ‘ve dreaming this moment for ages, and now here it is. Accra Minoa playing music and me drawing synched to their tunes. 

  The concert takes place on April 2nd, in AN club, Solomou 13, Exarchia, Athens. Also appearing : Figurant and One Hour Before The Trip.
